DELIVERY
Each boutique on one boutique has its own delivery rates.
Please click on 'delivery costs' beneath the product description to view the delivery costs applicable to the product.
Where "Next Day Delivery" is an option, please note that this is available on products ordered before 12 noon on a Week Day.

RETURNS
We work very closely with all the boutiques on one boutique to ensure that you receive your purchases in good condition.
However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item (with the exception of pierced earrings) within 14 days of the despatch date. NOTE: Vintage items are required to be returned within 7 days.
Please email returns@oneboutique.co.uk to receive your returns code and returns address.
To obtain a full refund, all goods must be received in a re-saleable condition; unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of the despatch date. Vintage items are required to be returned within 7 days.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that we judge has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be made for the cost of the item and not that of the postage. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we are only able to accept an order as returned once it has been received into the boutique.
